Day 1: Delhi-Agra (204 km / 3.5 hours)

A memorable Golden Triangle begins today with your pick-up from the Delhi Airport or your hotel. Explore Old and New Delhi, a city pregnant with history and culture, accompanied by your guide. Visit the Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque; scenic drive past Riua fort; and traditional rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, Delhi’s famous old market bustling with shops and narrow lanes. Visit Asia’s largest spice market for a glimpse of the colorful world of Indian spices and mingle in the spices of India.

Continue your tour with a stop at Raj Ghat, the peaceful memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Continue with a drive past India Gate, the President’s House, and Parliament House, which contrast British architecture with modern India’s governance. After lunch, proceed towards Agra with a drive on the Yamuna Expressway, boasting smooth roads and delightful sights. Check in to your hotel after arrival and have the evening free.

Day 2: Agra Sightseeing and Drive to Jaipur (237 km/5 hours)

Discover the Taj Mahal at sunrise, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This white marble monument is mesmerizing in the soft morning light. After enjoying the view, make your way back to the hotel for breakfast. The next stop is Agra Fort, worthy of UNESCO World Heritage status. Built by Emperor Akbar, this fort, made of red sandstone walls, royal palaces, and fascinating Mughal architecture, will leave you in awe.

Post sightseeing, make your way towards Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan. Time permitting, stop at Abhaneri Village to visit the famed Chand Baori Stepwell, famed for symmetry in its staircases and historical charm. Reach Jaipur by evening and check in to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of the evening at leisure: rest or wander the local markets.

Day 3: Sightseeing in Jaipur-The Pink City

Post breakfast, move on for the highlights of Jaipur, the famous Pink City of India. The first stop would be just a quick photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a very iconic five-story palace lined with beautiful lattice windows. Then it is off to Amber Fort, where you have the choice of riding an elephant (or jeep) to the entrance. Once inside the fort, enjoy the royal courtyards, Sheesh Mahal (mirror palace), and brave tales of valor.

Post lunch, one may visit City Palace, current residence of the royal family, and a beautiful blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture. Next, just next door is the Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory from the 18th century and a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the evening enjoy a sumptuous dinner served Rajasthani style in a local restaurant with live folk dance performances for a truly cultural experience.

Day 4: Jaipur-Delhi (258 km / 5 hours)

Savor a lazy morning along with a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and set forth on your care-free drive back to Delhi. On your arrival, you will be transferred to Delhi International Airport or your drop-off destination within the city for your onward journey.
